You must provide accurate business information. **Acceptable Use** You may not use Takli for spam, illegal activities, or to send messages that violate WhatsApp's terms of service. **Payment Terms** Subscription fees are billed monthly. Setup fees are one-time charges. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. **Service Availability** We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Your business data remains your property. **Limitation of Liability** Takli's liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 3 months.
