Takli provides an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant for businesses. The service includes automated responses, appointment booking, and a management dashboard.
**Account Responsibilities**
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate business information.
**Acceptable Use**
You may not use Takli for spam, illegal activities, or to send messages that violate WhatsApp's terms of service.
**Payment Terms**
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Setup fees are one-time charges. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
**Service Availability**
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
**Intellectual Property**
Takli and its technology are the property of Takli Ltd. Your business data remains your property.
**Limitation of Liability**
Takli's liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
**Changes to Terms**
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
**Governing Law**
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv.
